Frankie is a wonderful realtor and exceeded all of my expectations. He helped me find a beautiful apartment to rent in River North that checked all of my boxes and more. Plus, he got me a great deal. Working with Frankie and the Goldstein Group was amazing! We were first time home buyers and he made the process so easy and enjoyable considering all the stress we anticipated about the home buying process! Frankie and his colleagues were very responsive and did a great job of making the home buying process as smooth as possible. Scheduling viewings was quick and easy. He showed us almost thirty condos without ever making us feel pressured or that he was growing exhausted showing us places! He is a straight shooter and we felt he was always looking out for us. He pointed out several things as we were viewing places which we would not have thought to consider or have seen. We got a great deal on our new condo, thanks to some great advice during the negotiation process! I was planning a move from Alabama to Chicago and was having major issues finding a place within our budget AND accessible to my elderly large dogs. Wow! Where to begin...Looking for a new place to live is stressful but working with Frankie really helped in the apartment search and leasing. He was attentive, caring, detailed oriented and most importantly he made sure he gave me choices that were within my budget.

I felt comfortable being able to talk to him about what I needed and what my constraints were when I know that can be tough to talk about. I can't recommend him enough and if and when i'm ready to move again I'll ask for his help again!
