I want to share this with everyone in hopes that I protect someone from making the same unfortunate mistake I did. Back in October I moved into one of their rental homes and was excited about the possibility it had once the necessary interior problems were addressed. I met with the owner and spoke with the rental company and was ensured that the following things would be taken care of (see pics below) unfortunately this never happened and when I finally called and addressed my concerns with them I was told the home was rented as is and if I didn’t like it I could move out. I was also told that the deposit I paid of $1,000 would be returned to me. As much I did not want to go through the process of packing up an entire house and finding a new place I knew the conditions of the home were not going to fix themselves and although my fiancé and I could have easily done the repairs on his own better than anyone we were in no means of covering that financially. Fast forward to moving out, the day we are leaving we return from a trip to pack our last load and someone had locked the door! We left it unlocked and had been doing so throughout the day. The person also left a made up eviction notice. (A member of his staff did this we later found out). I immediately called the police who said I needed to contact a lawyer immediately. Currently we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned and the house is back on the market for rental which cracks me up and makes me furious! How people can live with themselves doing this to people is beyond me. I pray anyone who needs to see this will see it. Please share as you wish!

**Just to clarify we were NEVER evicted, we willingly moved out but the fact they tried to post that on our door the day we were moving out and had told them so just shows how twisted this company is. And there’s so much more…. This is the very basics sadly.

I called inquiring about a property that frank poe has by my house and candie was very rude. I worked in customer service for 20 year's. When someone call and ask questions you do not be rude to them. Hopefully she will have a better attitude on her next call.

Incredible! I started out using Frank Poe Real estate as a management company for my property and they took a huge burden off of me and my husband! Soon it was time to let go and sell and Monica Cruce went above and beyond! She kept the lines of communication open and communicated in a way that was most convenient for me! I can’t say enough good things about her and Frank Poe. I’ve recently heard horror stories from family and friends about selling their home and that makes me realize just how blessed we are to have chosen Poe real estate!

I moved into my house in Feb. 2017. Ive been requesting repairs since, and this is now October. They never fix anything.ost of their homes are infested with rats and bugs because they refuse to do proper repairs. They hound you about rent but they are the worst place in Alabama to rent from. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET RRNTUNG FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Worse place to ever rent from. They wouldn't fix anything. The only way I could get there attention was to withhold rent. That's when they tried to even show interest in my complaints and concerns. The mold, rodents and mildew was unbearable. I advise anyone to Run.

Mr. Poe and his staff have been very helpful they found the perfect location for a friend of mine to rent, it's a safe neighborhood within the budget everyone was aiming for. Great people to work with!

They are rude, unprofessional, & racist. Also required a co-signer for a property that wasn't in the least bit livable. I would not ever recommend anyone of color to deal with this realtor if your experience was anything like mine, you will be very displeased.
