As a 45 year old business professional with 10 or 12 real estate transactions under my belt (personal investments) I have never worked with a more unprofessional/unethical realtor then FRANK SILVERIA.
He sells his own flips and sit’s on offers to leverage his position. He does not tell the truth.
He will do whatever it takes to line his own pockets with every last dollar he can swindle.

He plays people and offers against each other. If you have ANY moral values you will never work with him. There are too many good realtors in Tracy Ca to waste even 2 minutes with FRANK SILVERA.
I would never work with, buy from, or talk with FRANK SILVERIA. In the sort time we have in life please surround yourself with Great people in your personal life and business life NOT FRANK SILVERA.
