Francis was everything you could ask for in a relator: responsive, knowledgeable, empathetic of our needs as clients, and a great advocate. His knowledge in extensive renovations were especially helpful as we purchased a home with the need to remodel it down to the studs. Francis put our needs before his own wallet and made sure we were getting what we needed from selling agents, banks, closing and title offices, and local construction offices. I wouldn't think to purchase a home without Francis in the future.
