I hate this building. I rented in September studio for 1 year. I regretted it very much.
When I moved I found out that they made studio from basement. I hear every sound on first floor in a hall, I hear laundry near my studio, here is very thin door and walls. Every morning scream people and children. I can’t sleep in this studio, I feel so bad and don’t have energy for work.
Management don’t react to my complaints.
I will look for new apartment and hate this studio.
Don’t rent studio here if you want good dream at night. Worst experience ever!

The apartment itself and the location is great, but my neighbors and I have had repeated issues with management. The elevator was broken for two months with no communication at all from management until everyone started making a fuss. There's still no eta on when it will be fixed and management has done nothing to remedy the issue with their tenants.
Also, our garage has been broken into multiple times in the past month and a half, with several cars being broken into and stolen from. Management refuses to take simple steps in order to secure the building and has stopped responding to emails on the issue.
Overall not a bad place to live for a bit as long as you're okay with getting a "there's nothing we can do" response whenever there's an issue, if you get a response at all.

Had a wonderful first year renting with this company and an absolutely awful second year. We cannot wait till this lease is up and we are allowed to move! Do not sign with this company!!!

5841 N Winthrop is cockroach infested and has been for at least 4 or 5 months now. Dont rent here its not worth the stress!

nobody really cares about you, they don't answer the phones. If you go to the office you probably won't find anyone, so don't go.
