Rented from them for 6 years and had nothing but trouble from Shirley. They hire slum people to fix their rentals. Our heating unit caught fire in the middle of the night because they didn't fix it right. Then it took them 3 months to fix the hole in the floor from rot. We were never notified when trees were being tore down around house. We woke up to machines and trees falling. We literally had to run up to the machines and ask them to give us time to move our stuff. The people who worked on the roof just left junk laying in our yard. When we left we gave the owner notice and told Shirley that we had. We were denied our security deposit because they lied and said we didn't tell them. I know people who they've done dirty and still currently are. They're crooks, Liars, and slum lords. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in these rentals.

I went to Fix rentals to have a application done which cost me $35 .They called my previous landlord and got a good review on me I have a good payment history from my current landlord only for fix rentels to denied my application because they said I didn't make enough money at my job.No need u not where I'm at now I pay $650.and the house i was tryna get through fox rentels was$600 a month.Ive been working faithfully at my current job over a year been paying &650 in rent only for fox rentels to tell me i don't make enough money to pay $600.a month

I rented here and was done wrongfully. They took all my furniture without a notice. The house came with major problems and they took forever to fix the problems. The house DID NOT come with a stove or fridge but they keep my stove and fridge in there as if the house comes with it. I tried to terminate my lease early and was told i couldnt. I work with a rental business and know for fact i could have . I was calling to ask for my belongings and was rudely hung up on several times. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!

Crooks and worthless, shameless people “managing” properties in Enterprise, Alabama, out of Dothan.
Steer clear. If you rent from these people, you will have nothing but problems.

Honestly deserves no stars. Unprofessional , harassing, do not fix any in house repairs, has no respect for tenants or there home well being I will never rent with them again or advise anyone else too

These houses are broken down and disgusting not clean and ready to be condemned and fox rentals are taking application fees with no intentions to renting without a good credit score they tell you it doesn't matter but when they get your $35 they still won't rent,beware of this company they've got raggedy rentals all over dothan and just scamming ppl out the application fee,cause they tell you one thing then when they get that money it's something else
