Meghan Hayden and Michael Hill are awesome! I had no idea what I was doing when I began my journey to purchase a home. They guided me through every step with patience and understanding! I have a very crazy busy schedule with literally less than an hour to spare most days and they managed to show me every single home I ever showed interest in those small time slots. They were both extremely knowledgeable about everything that I could've possibly needed to know with every property we viewed. I never once felt pressured but they also really pushed me and gave me confidence to pursue homes when I needed it. They were also super fast and organized with paperwork! I would recommend these two to anyone purchasing or selling home! Best team ever! Could not have asked for better agents for my first home purchase. Love these two!

My first time working with Mr. Hill and his team and I couldn't have been happier. I had a bad experience in the sale of my previous home using a discount service to try to save money and I was burned pretty badly in the transaction. Mike came highly recommended and found multiple listings that fit my criteria and had arranged for showings the next day, which was already a minor miracle in comparison with my last realty company. Mikes knowledge of the contract and lending paperwork was mind-blowing, and he spotted issues in a few properties that i never noticed that could've cost me a fortune. I have no doubt he saved me thousands in time and repairs with his attention to detail. His "no nonsense" style and up front honesty are rare in the field, he wasn't just trying to sell me a house and move on. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that doesn't want to deal with BS or inexperienced realtors. The guy went above and beyond.
