My spouse and I couldn’t recommend Forth more! We are both picky and had a certain house, yard, and location in mind (so not the easiest people to work with). Forth showed many houses to us, but never pushed us too hard to just “offer” on a house that didn’t fit. He told us we would know when to offer and he was right! Also, we are in a high fire insurance area and this price affected a lot of our decisions. He and his contacts worked hard to provide us quick insurance quotes for each potential house to help guide our decisions quickly. Forth kept constant communication us, answered our many questions (we had a lot as we are 1st time buyers), and we always felt like he had our backs. Additionally, he sat with us at the signing and he still checks in with us after the purchase. Do yourself a favor and get Forth as your realtor! Thank you, Forth!

Forth went above and beyond in helping us buy a new home! Since we were from out of the area, he was very flexible in scheduling with us. He honed in on what we were looking for and used our time judiciously. He also suggested a title company and lender (both of whom were excellent). Even after the sale, he loaned us a lock box for workmen to use when we were not there. He also watered the yard! I'd say that's above and beyond the call of duty!!
