I had a significant issue with the property that I rented that became known a day after I signed my lease (problem was no fault of the property manager or business). I called and emailed the office (on a weekend) and received a response within less than 24 hours and both the receptionist and owner of the business were very kind, courteous, and understanding and rectified the problem immediately. They helped me very quickly and were able to help me move forward. I’ve heard so many great word of mouth reviews that I’m sad I won’t be with them anymore. Thank you guys so much for immediately rectifying the issue and helping me. You were absolutely amazing!

We were the first ones to call on a property the same day they posted it, the first ones to view and put an application in on the property. After a week and a half of calling every day being told we were the only ones to put in an application, and we would get a call "by the end of the day", we never received a call. Finally we got a response saying it was "promised to someone else".
We have no criminal background, owned our own home, last rental was 10 years ago with no problems, no reason to turn down an application.
The "manager " was always to "busy" to give the receptionist an answer.
If this is how horrible customer service is just trying to get into a rental I can only imagine how horrible it would be to get something fixed. Front desk staff are super friendly, but the company is clearly incompetent.
Now a week and a half wasted puts a family that much closer to homelessness due to lack of communication.

Had maintenance issue with swamp cooler on a holiday weekend called the office left a message with Melissa and Saul ,Clint came right out and took care of it. I really appreciate not being hot and muggy over the weekend!!!

I viewed and applied for a property and they never responded. I called to follow up and they said they were very busy, I asked to speak to the owner, but he had already gone home for the day, it was 3 in afternoon. Unresponsive, unkind, and uncaring property management

I rented a very small studio apartment from them on a six-month lease. unlike most companies they only charge $30 for the background check. other than that I paid absolutely zero fees except the rent. I did a good job cleaning the place up and they gave me back my entire deposit. I would rent with them again

Little late on this. We rented a property back in 2018. When it came time to give me my deposit back, they said we left the house a mess and refused to give me my ~$1200. My wife and I spent 3 days cleaning this damn house, it was SPOTLESS. At the time we even had pictures that we had sent them, proving nothing was left or dirty. They decided to just not respond after that. Obviously, I wouldn’t recommend renting from FPM.

Edit: seconds after writing this review I noticed that the OWNER left himself a 5 star review a year ago for “Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness”. Absolutely disgusting.

Forster's is your typical low rate property mgmt. company. Bad customer service, poor maintnence of the properties, etc. etc. These guys TWICE allowed service ppl into the residence without giving proper notice (one of those times by a very seedy plumber guy). One time Saul Forster charged me $140 for a bounced check which wasn't my fault as my acct. had been frozen because of a hacker. I tried to explain while presenting him with the rent paid in cash but he was unsympathetic and charged me anyway. The only reason I give him two stars is because he was actually honest enough to return my deposit in full and in a timely manner after I left the property well cleaned and cared for.
