The management team is outstanding. They do an excellent job of making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are happy and satisfied. It's clear that they truly care about the property and take pride in providing top-notch service.

I've lived here a year and a half. The manager is great! But the apartments arnt well kept. The bathroom tiles has glue coming up through the cracks that gets all over my socks shoes and feet. There's wasps all over the place. Every time I step outside I have one or 2 chase me. Oh and there's the cats. They like to climb all over the cars. I have many scratches on my car from the cats. I've talked to the manager about them because Greenwood animal control is putting traps out, and she refuses to let them set traps for them. I do not recommend anyone live here. Unless you like getting stung by red wasps and like getting your expensive car scratched up.

I have lived here almost a year and have had constant issues with building maintenance. For the last 6 months there has been a leak in the roof that drips onto the ceiling in the bedroom. Each time I call, they say we fixed it yet last week it got so bad that water dripped on me during the night. Air conditioning is poor and runs constantly and never cools the apt. down. During the summer do not plan on cooking or doing laundry.

I currently live here. Rent is affordable and the apartment is very nice. Originally from Oklahoma... And i paid MORE for a crappier apartment. If you have issues the landlady is always willing to help fix them.
