Caroline is by far, hands down, the greatest property manager that you will ever encounter. If honestly can not say enough nice things about her. Kin, the maintenance man is also, a fantastically polite, timely, and very knowledgeable individual. I can't recommend Forest Hills enough.
Edit: we were charged so much money that Caroline said that we would NOT be charged upon time to move out. Suddenly, very disappointed, lying reverses all of the above smh

I cannot say enough about Forest Hills. I have been here for over a year and ALL of the residents are friendly and very kind. Caroline does an amazing job and Joe is always keeping things clean and kept. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to live in an amazing setting.
