I love Foresight Village! The location is outstanding, with everything I need within a five-mile radius. Not only is it convenient, but the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they are quick to respond and resolve it. The landscape is always well-maintained, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The community provides a strong sense of safety and comfort. Overall a great place to live!

Amazing! My boyfriend and I just moved in and have so far had a great experience. We did have to wait on the waitlist for a very long time, but it was well worth it. We had a few very bad experiences with another management company so we were shocked by how easy Foresight Apartments made it. Get on the waitlist! The ladies at the office are phenomenal.

Great place to live. On-site maintenance makes life easy. The apartments themselves seem to be of a higher quality than many other options in Grand Junction. Also, neighbors are friendly and responsible.

I have lived at Foresight Village Apartments for 19 months and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have called Foresight home for just over six years and now that I'm relocating, I wanted to leave a review of my time here. Pros/Cons up front and general comments below. I haven't finished moving out yet and while I don't expect any issues, I will update the review if that changes.

Pros:
- Friendly, attentive office staff (Tammy has always been amazing)
- Generally good neighbors in my building.
- No kerfuffles during my time here.
- They have a pool during the summer!
- - *Though sometimes, people not obeying the rules puts this in jeopardy because of safety concerns.
- They have a small fitness center.
- Maintenance was always responsive, and was always flexible around my work schedules.
- Generally well-lit parking areas
- Reasonable cell coverage for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and associated MVNO's.
- I always felt the rent rates were good for the apartment size.
- The apartments are reasonably nice inside. Even my Dad commented on it when I moved in.

Cons:
- Parking can be a conflict sometimes. Guests of residents, or residents themselves don't always obey the "single covered parking spot per apartment" rule.
- Limited internet connectivity options. Spectrum has improved quite a bit over the years, but Century Link currently only offers limited service options (~12Mbps down/<1Mbps up). Considering their DSLAM is on 25 road, this was frustrating, but is more a limitation of the City that they are working on addressing with residential fiber becoming more prominent every year. - Inconsiderate neighbors at times, but they were sparse and usually moved in and out with the college semester. - Not a fault of the complex, but 25 1/2 Rd can be loud at times and seems to be something of a local drag strip between Patterson and F 1/2 Rd. - HAMs may experience interference from the local broadcast tower several hundred feet from the building (depending on which apartment building you're located in). Overall I would recommend Foresight as a good place to live. The staff has always been attentive to any issues and flexible with things like maintenance if you work odd hours or deal with NDA's and work from home. Most of the issues I've faced over the years are common to any apartment complex and I didn't feel like Foresight was ever dismissive of my concerns. I never felt unsafe here or like I couldn't reach someone. I feel the real rating lies somewhere in the 4.5 star range. It's difficult for me to knock them for things outside of their control or "general" shared-housing issues, and I never had any "real" issues here that went unresolved. The subtraction of a half star would be for the cons listed above, so you may weigh any of the listed items differently than I do. Out of all the options I evaluated when I moved to Grand Junction, I still stand by my choice and would happily continue to reside here if I didn't need to relocate for my job.

We have lived here a little over a year and the management and property is so wonderful. Very clean and SO affordable for GJ. They are very quick to fix anything for maintenance and extremely friendly.

Great place to live. A couple minutes away from many different stores. They have a pool for the summer and a year round gym that is included in the rent.
