Reckless driver of lowboy equipment hauler pulled out directly in front of me from their Hammonton location. I immediately pulled into business to complain. No receptionist window closed so i opened the door and stepped in....I said hello, someone in a cubicle asked if they could help I said I need to talk to someone about their driver who just pulled out in front of me from their location. The man went in back and came out with another guy who had a smirk on his face about it. He did not give his name or title and only asked if it was a red truck which it was not it was a white cab pulling a lowboy equipment hauling trailer and white male driver. Clearly this person I was dealing with had zero care or concern about this and was basically trying to get me out the door. Next time I will T-bone the vehicle and be very rich!

If you are using Cat rebuild parts from marine don’t, you pay way more than getting them rebuilt locally and get no support if the parts fail.They will not work with the little guy. I bought a starter for my boat and used it about 30 times in 15 months and was offered 5% off. I know from very reliable sources if I was a big company they would have not hesitated to provide good wilI. I went all the way up to the parts manager in Bensalem You’re better off getting it rebuilt for less than half the price. I guess Cat quality doesn’t mean a thing. Ransome Cat is gone and so is their customer service.

I can not rate their service on equipment but, I can rate their service on the phone. I had bought a 7500 watt home generator at a big box store with the CAT brand on it, it stopped working and I know it did not even have 4 hours on it, the side has a contact information and the CAT dealer is where it sends you. I have made 4 phone calls to the power division and have not gotten one call back. My first time buying something with the CAT name on it and my last.

The Worst service possible. I've used Ransom Cat for years as the primary mechanics for my boat. Unfortunately not this time after waiting for weeks and weeks after they took my deposit to show up and actually make the repairs they damaged my boat in the process. I was told they would take care of it but It's been 4 months and still nothing. No one there ever returns a phone even before this incident so it's impossible to get anything done. Do yourself a favor and call Foley Cat instead. Although I never have used them it would be impossible to be treated any worse than you will be treated by Ransom Cat.
