Back in 2023 through 2024 of December 13th which is my last day of being a tenant I’ve been ever so thankful to rent from these people. During the time since I’ve been a tenant I had to take care of my mother while in Texas for a couple of months before she passed which means I wasn’t home. They came over and changed the air filter and during 1 month while I was in Texas I was late on rent due to UPS trying to send a check through the mail. They were very understanding and respectful through the times and I couldn’t be more happy with them. I would rent through them again! They even prorated my first and last month of living there.

I was a resident since 2017 i had a heart attack in 2020 it's now 2024 an was told I can not Renew my lease because they wanted to Remodel my Duplex Even though it had just been Remodel prior to me moving in Had to wait 9 to 10 months ths for them to fix the dishwasher an they give me an my two Little
Girls 30 days to get out an find somewhere else when they said that they had been planning on doing it an did not tell me tell they put a Letter on my door giving us 30 days
