I know Fleming for while and worked with him in a very hard transactions. We owned a large piece of property for more than 30 years and a lot of partners,. The deal was that you have to sell all the parcels together and for while it seems something like impossible. When Fleming called and introduced himself after few telephone calls I knew that he will do it: He was very patient and was responding to every phone calls and questions. This was my first home buy on my own, and I was unaware of so many things involved with buying a home.
