My experience working with Kent and Paige Slawson at Flat Five Realty has been nothing short of perfect. Kent is always available. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Kent provided me with easy to understand information. He really knows the realty market and the nuances of home transactions in Colorado. In spite of a difficult buyer and buyer’s agent, Kent was able to negotiate through the process and get the deal done. Why anyone would pay an overpriced agent, when Flat Five Realty is available is beyond me. Kent and Paige have a beautiful family, and I am glad I was able to get to know them.

We wanted everyone in the Grand Junction area to know that we were most fortunate to meet Kent Slawson this year of Slawson Realty. We have purchased and sold 6 homes over the past 40 years in CO and Kent, without a doubt, was the absolute BEST Real Estate Broker we have ever had the pleasure to know and work with and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He's also a General Contractor and knows a ton about the homes and can spot problems immediately. He also knows many top-notch repair folks in town so that helps a lot too.
