Once again Teri Bragger has made the recent sale of our rental house an easy transition for us, the buyer & the tenant throughout the process. We have been using Teri for over 20 years as well as recommended her to our immediate family & friends equaling to over 42 various transaction. Her knowledge, ethics, professionalism, compassion and dedication to the process from beginning to end is amazing. She always goes above & beyond to make sure all parties involved are constantly in the know & the process is moving forward in a timely manner. On the rare occupations that we have had real estate transactions with other agents (out of the area) we have been disappointed and are reminded why we use Teri and how much we truly appreciate her.

Teri was an excellent real estate agent!sold our house in two days. Her communication skills were great, kept us informed every bit of the way. The only problem was with the lender holding the whole process up. It was supposed to be a 30 day escrow but took almost 60 day because the person on the lenders side kept delaying the process. So the buyer and us as the seller and Teri did our jobs on time. Teri actually had to go over their heads to the regional manager to get them to move along, so whoever is complaining probably got in trouble from their boss and that is why they sent a bad review. Our whole family on both side have dealt with Teri with no problems whatsoever for many years

We have no idea who Andrea Marano is. She has never done business with this office either as a buyer or seller. The transaction she is referencing had a single man as the buyer. He is the one who picked up the keys & the agent was not present when he picked up his keys. The person who did give him the keys reported that he was polite & thanked her for the keys. This information was also confirmed by his own agent the next day, that the buyer was happy to get the keys a day early & that it was a pleasant exchange. No foul language was used at any time during the course of the transaction. This was a sale that closed almost 30 days late, if anyone had the right to be upset, it was the seller & they were 100% satisfied with the service they were given.

So just got done with purchasing a house, and Teri at this office, is the most unprofessional foul mouth associate I’ve ever heard of or seen. Apparently she was not aware that the buyer of the most rectory sold property was on the email threads that she was sending to the loan company. I cannot believe someone of her years and profession would speak the way she spoke with PRMG. I’m sure she’s aware of it, since all she did was toss over an envelope with keys, said “sorry” real snotty, and walked away. Unprofessional, poor quality emails sent by agent Teri Bragger. If I knew how to attach the screen shots, I would.
