The level of knowledge & professionalism of the FSR mgmt team we have assigned to our community attributes to my rating. Each team member personally cares for the services they provide & in establishing effective relationship wit residents & in resolving any issue or concerns brought to their attention. Sal Pirrera, our onsite Manager, is a wealth of knowledge & easy to work with. Michael, Facilities Director, responds quickly & effectively to resident problems or requests, genuinely cares, & consistently evaluates how he & his maintenance team can respond to issues while msintaining cost effectiveness to our asdociations budgetary constraints. My comments are duplicated for Vita, Jill, Jackie, & Kathy/Mary. Additionally, I must add a shout out to Juan (maintenance contractor & his team) under Michael's direction, for his exceptional services & community care.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to express just how excellent Kim Murphy is at her job. As a prominent real estate agent in the Fort Lee area, I work with many management offices on a regular basis to gather building documents for clients. I need maintenance statements, information on shares, rules and regulations, by-laws, mortgage questionnaires and more.
Any time I contact Kim, she is very professional, courteous and responsive. I always know I will get what I need promptly. She is always available and capable of answering all my questions whether it be regarding Board approvals or referring movers, junk removal companies or contractors. In short, she makes me look better at my job. Kim Murphy is the absolute best!

In the past 6 months our community has a new property manager. Ever since her arrival, the communication to the home owners has improved substantially. When she says she is going to do something, it gets done right away. She is kind, professional and really cares about us and the community. I am a resident of a condominium managed by Dawn, from FirstService Residential and I must say that she is an outstanding community manager. She is a great problem solver who investigates residents' issues and includes the ADR committee if necessary.

Dawn consistently demonstrates her professionalism and competence in managing the day-to-day operations of our condominium. She is highly organized and efficient, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled promptly and effectively. From handling maintenance requests to managing financial matters, Dawn has proven herself to be reliable and competent in all aspects of her role.

I would like to share with everyone my experience of dealing with Lynn Kelly over the last several years. She is one of the most responsive and knowledgeable people I have ever come across. She has always been consistent with respect to promptly, thoroughly and professionally addressing all my questions/concerns and resolving challenging situations. Today, she took her invaluable help/guidance to the new level. While my renter is on vacation and I had no way of reaching him, Lynn, on her own, found a way to obtain the requisite information regarding my tenant's car/its location/etc. that was necessary for the ongoing roadwork project. I am grateful for having someone like Lynn to manage the Brittany development. She makes FirstService Residential look good and keeps her clients very happy!
