We bought from first United Realty in St. John’s Arizona. We agreed to a POA only to get here and live here and find out that the money is not spent on Wells and roads. It spent on attorney fees for our realtor that we bought from. Please do not buy from this company. It is a huge fraud. The POA is a mess and First United Realty and their realtors are behind it all. We live up here and I don’t recommend it. It is beautiful land but the realty and the POA are a scam in a sham. Please buy from a personal person and not from this company like we did.

The Realtors at First United Realty lie. They tell you what you want to hear, so they can sell you property where they are the Declarant of the POA. Then, they will go after you for any "violations" of the CC&R's. Do NOT buy from them!
