Discrimination without a lack of respect is all I have received from Property manager Justin Miller. We have had the worse residential experience with First Team. Justin Miller has behaved badly and continues to violate fair housing laws and discriminatory practices and policies.

Me and my children were badly burnt from ongoing for months may I add; water temperature was scolding hot! We had emergency maintenance issues and had to pay out of pocket for the lack of response from the property manager. All my conversations with Justin have been condescending and hostile. Legal action will be taken against First Team.

After roommates moving out Justin texted me that we are not allowed to remove residents unless rent is paid. After advising him that this was illegal, he said OK that he will release my roommates. However, four days passed and now I’m being ignored and Justin is now unresponsive after posting a three day notice to pay to all tenants after their move out dates.

DO NOT rent from this Company!!!

I have been so incredibly impressed with Nickie Hoover. She handled a sale and purchase for me in Mission Viejo. Nickie went above and beyond to help us prep, stage, do some repairs and ultimately sell the condo for quite a bit over list price. She then worked her magic to get us into another property and in record time. She facilitated all the repairs, inspections, and any service providers that needed access. Completely inept. They were our property management for several years and I cannot put into words how awful of a service their company provided. They rarely returned emails or voicemails and never fixed critical safety issues with their rentals.
