We moved into our new home and had a possible water leak. We got in contact with Mason Mascorro from first on site who did a wonderful job helping us with our issue. He took his time to explain the process and re assured us with what would need to be fixed. He took care of all communication with other technicians/ contractors and made the process smooth and took care of our fixing in a timely manner. He was very professional!

I got robbed! Yes! This company did a great job on my water damage repairs, but beware! I got robbed big time. Items from my garage and probably about 10,000 dollars of personal items gone from inside the house and garage. I did not notice until about 6 months after they were gone! Nothing I can do about it now. I am in very bad health and was taken advantage of. Since this incident about 4 or so years ago, I still notice things missing. Go somewhere else for repairs. This is my warning! Not a good company at all!

I would give them more than a 5-star if I could. ASR was responsive, fast, professional, reasonably priced, efficient and effective. They simply did everything right to help us deal with some water damage. A special shout out to Kris who managed our account and to David who managed some of the on site activities for being incredible. I personally have deal with more than a couple of this kind of specialized contractors; ASR, as they were called before, has always been upfront and delivered a great customer service. Dealing with stresed home owners is not an easy task and the staff in "Interstate Restoration" have demonstrated continuously their professionalism and diligence anytime we have needed their services.
