Steve, the owner, is more than just a manager; he is a strategic partner, a problem-solving ninja, and a true gem in the rental world.

Prior to working with Steve and First Investor Realty, I was working with apartments and leasing agents at the apartments. I was a bit worried about transitioning from apartments to homes and townhomes, but this transition could not have been better! The process from beginning to end has been amazing. I rented a property from Steve. Overall great experience. Systemically everything worked perfect as well. When issues arises, they were handled promptly. The only time I had issues were when the landlord would send their own tech vs using firm’s techs. Although they no longer manage the property, he has still be very helpful with the transition. I give 5 stars and would definitely recommend and rent from this company again.

Steve has always gotten back to me quickly (even on the weekends) about any issues I’ve had in the current rental. He is reliable with communication and will call, text, or email as needed (adapting to different modes of communication). He has been patient and takes the time to work things out. This is my first place completely on my own and Steve has been very considerate of that. He assisted me in finding a roommate and helped me answer any questions I have had along the way.
