UPDATE for Next purchase!!

We are returning customers working with Fiona, for our second purchase and first sale. We had a great experience with Fiona for our first purchase and wanted to work with her again for this one. Anyone who has tried to both buy and sell a house at the same time knows, the process is taxing. There's a lot to do and a lot to keep track of and Fiona kept us moving forward through the entire transaction. For the sale, she did a great job advertising the house and guiding us through the process. We had some minor issues, but Fiona kept us thinking clearly and helped us successfully navigate the sale. While that transaction was relatively straight forward, Fiona really facilitated what could have been a disaster of a home purchase. We hit some really significant stumbles and were poorly represented by some of our other vendors for our home sale. Fiona stepped up and put in a tremendous amount of work, keeping the parties organized and moving forward despite some really significant issues. Without her dedication and support, I don't think we would have closed on the purchase nearly as cleanly or quickly as we did. Fiona managed well outside of her traditional role and responsibilities for this purchase and we owe her a tremendous debt of gratitude for all of her tireless efforts. We would gladly work with her for any future home transactions we may have and emphatically recommend her to anyone interested in a realtor.

FIRST PURCHASE review
Despite the unusual time that has realtors probably as busy as they have ever been, Fiona still offered us exceptional service. We are a working family and had limited time to see houses. Since houses are moving so fast right now, Fiona put in a tremendous amount of work making sure we got a viewing to every house we requested as soon as possible, even if she couldn't make it herself. And once it was time to make offers, she applied her experience and worked with us to craft the strongest offer we could, while also not pressuring us to make any concessions or offers with which we were uncomfortable. We've purchased houses before but in this climate in particular it was incredibly valuable to have Fiona's support. On top of all that, she was just a wonderful person and we really enjoyed working with her.
