We only had a 3 day window to do showings and he made sure we saw as many houses as we needed. Very helpful and great communication from our first introduction through closing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very disappointed and takin back in the way the owner (Bobby) of Findlay Reality of Braidwood Illinois conducts and operates his business.
In my view (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). I was very interested in a building that Findlay had for rent / sale. I had intended to open a new business in the braidwood area rent for a year then possibly buy the building. This new business would of employed several citizens of the area and added revenues for the city. In the beginning I personally made attempts to call and left messages to contact him to look at the property for rent after a week or so he finally answered his business phone. We made a schedule to meet at the location for rent and went over the renters offer and my proposal and we agreed on a price per month to present to the owner. At the time of the meeting Bobby seemed very interested in my offer said it was more than fair and said he would speak to the owner on our behalf. He did say they had other offers and as we departed he told me he would be in touch. As the First week went by I texted him on several occasions and his texts were always the same (no word yet I’ll get back to you) after the first week or so he never got back with me and never communicated back. I then asked my wife to call and he picked right up (This tells me he’s screening his calls). He told my wife the same story the owner hasn’t made a decision yet but may be leaning towards another offer to please tell me he’s sorry for not responding. After a month or more I still have yet to hear back from him on a decision that’s been made or at least a counter offer. After driving by the building today it seams he’s rented to some one else. His company reminds me of a used car sales nice up front but not trustworthy to follow through with his promise and honesty and certainly no follow through. My advice if you want to waste your time he’s fun to talk to but from my take of the whole experience Findlay Reality is certainly not a professional business by no means and he’s not a stand up realtor or a man of his word. It was a giant waste of valuable time. So keep it in mind he may not value you as a client.
