As a resident who returned to my original dwelling after Hurricane Ida, I've witnessed this complex go threw many changes. I'm practically engaged on how Tammie and Jeff have been facilitating issues and finding resolutions in such a timely manner. I've lived here for 10 plus years. I'm sad management moved from the normal rent increase to the new fair market rent increase but tbh business is business! I've been happy for use a decade to call Finchley my home and the town will make you stay just as long! Thank you again to Tammie, Jeff, Marie & Eddie on getting my son his parking resolution for our home! I look forward to keeping our community safe, and respectable for all residents! 💘

There has been an on going issue with my family member and it has been brought to Management attention but Nothing has been done about it,it's sad to say you live somewhere and have to be encountered with Loud Noise from a 2 year old and New born baby and 3 grown people in a 1 bedroom apartment that type of Noise all the time (Loud) Noise banging on the floors,running up and down the hall this is unacceptable sad, cops has been called, still Nothing done from Management, Not to mention there's 3 adults and 2 kids staying there which is not right, No regards to the tenant on the 1 floor, i'm discussed for my family member, something should be done, Just so you know moving in most times the tenants on the 2 floor usually don't put carpet or commercial rug, they may do the bare minimum (sad) it's wrong Finchley don't want you to know that,Nice atmosphere but they could do better and you better PRAY you get nice Neighbors cause if not it can be hard to live there, not to mention the smoking that goes on, like I said Management needs to be better...oh before I forgot and there's no security for your car or you (sad)!!

I was first attracted to Finchley Gardens because the grounds always looked so clean, I saw the bushes being trimmed, lawn mowed. It appeared that management was serious about keeping the place up. I applied for an apartment and Ms. Ali took really good care of me. She was patient and accommodating. Any problems or issues that I had was taken care of immediately. It has come to my attention that Ms. Ali is no longer with Finchley Gardens and she is already sorely missed. Yet again I am walking out of my door to find dog poop at my steps after reporting the problem to management. Whenever something like this happens in the past it was taken care of on the spot. Ms. Ali, I wish you the best but know that I'll miss you and I think I speak for most of us here at Fenchley Gardens. I expect the grounds to now be FOS.

I had problems in the apartment from the previous tenant and was told by management that the apartment was cleaned and painted and fixed. With spots on the ceiling and tiles missing in the kitchen as well as a drawer in the kitchen that was practically falling off gives you an idea of how well Finchley Gardens is managed. This is just a couple. The bathroom shower rod was rusted and was not replaced until 5 months. My rating for this apartment is gotta be below 1.

I just wanted to comment on the management and staff at Finchley Garden Apts. I rarely do reviews but good service should not go un noticed. Starting with the maintenance team, Ed and Sean which work tirelessly to make sure our Apts are kept in good repair, especially during the snow storm that past, I was really impressed of how they made sure the driveways and sidewalks were kept clean and clear of snow. I know is a lot of work being only 2 of them but they kept it clean and went above and beyond to help tenants get there cars out of the snow.

I believe that there hard work is a reflection of good communication with property management. I have been living here for about 5years and Miss Ali, is one of the most fair and easy to talk to as well as proactive property managers I ever had the pleasure of meeting. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel heard. She also fallows up on your issues and if a resolution can’t be reached, she finds a common ground. I don’t know how she does it but she knows everyone by name and this makes you feel valued, this is why I think she is a great asset to Finchley Gardens because tenants sometimes experience situations, may it be issue with other tenants or clerical issues that you need someone who understands where your coming from and is willing to go the extra mile and help you out and that’s the kind of person Miss Ali is. I’m really happy with the staff here and hope that they receive the recognition they deserve👍🏻

I've lived in Finchley Gardens approximately 6 yrs and never had a problem.
Ms.Ali is a very kind ,compassionate and caring Manager.
Always around checking on the premises.

I would like to know since when are we allow to put a chair or cooler on parking spaces? people are reserving their parking spaces putting chairs and red coolers- Apt 75 & 79 (my sister saw them do it) I come from work at night (after 11PM) and I cant find parking because these tenants are reserving the spaces with their personal items, this needs to stop, as a woman coming late at night and having to park in another building where I don’t live is not acceptable- is not safe and fair for me or anybody else. PLEASE put a stop to this madness, we really enjoy living here but if my safety or family’s safety is in jeopardy then we might have to move.

It was the first time renting an apartment for my husband and I. Ms. Ali made the whole process so easy and smooth. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Everything was so easy. Love loving in this community!
