Definitely recommend working with Caleb from Fidelity Realty. As a first time homebuyer, I was pretty overwhelmed with all that goes into purchasing a home. Caleb was there at every step to answer all of my many questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, especially considering all the recent changes in the business. He was way more on top of it than the sellers realtor, to say the least. Caleb was able to negotiate a very significant price reduction for me as well! He was also responsive and provided timely walk-throughs of several properties in which I was interested.

Honestly, can't say enough positive things about working with Caleb. I will certainly be contacting him if I decide to purchase another home down the road.

Caleb, of Fidelity Reality, helped me purchase my first home back in 2009. It was a difficult time, as the purchasing market was very competitive. I had put five different offers on homes before I finally had one accepted. Throughout that entire process Caleb was dedicated to help me purchase my first home. Caleb was my agent when I bought my house in 2010 and he was so good that I used his services to sell my house now in 2022. Almost 7 years ago we were looking for a place. The wife and I were not married yet but we had to find something that was fitting and not too far off the grid. We were shown this place and it was in pour condition and then we were shown our brand new home and it was the exact same layout as the one that we were going to purchase but because it was a better deal and well kept up we obviously went for this one! I would give 10 stars if they allowed it because the process was seamless and we were in our home in less than a month! Thank you!
