I Recently rolled over my entire 401K from my previous employer after retiring with 25 years of service as a health professional. Before the rollover, I visited my new Fidelity branch in Red Bank, NJ (my previous location in Connecticut), and was introduced to my new financial consultant: Lisa Woods. After some in depth discussions in 2 sessions, I was very confident that I was in extremely good hands especially in these volatile financial times. Good hands means Lisa Woods and the Fidelity Company. I had many questions and concerns about rolling over my 401k from my previous employer to Fidelity. I had many questions concerning my future retirement investments with Fidelity and what Fidelity can do to keep my portfolio in the positive for the next few decades. As such, Lisa had an extraordinary patience with me but still presented answers to my concerns, never rushed but in a understandable and in a
Good methodical way. In addition for my second meeting, Lisa had already prepared a few possible pathways for my future financial investments. My 401K is now rolled over into my portfolio along with my other entities. I look forward to see how Fidelity will help me to continue prosper! Although I have had to move my investments to another firm (because of many changes in family dynamics - but, for no reasons in being in any way displeased with Fidelity Investments). I needed forms from Fidelity, and they were most gracious in procuring them for me!

I must say very clean and professional. Although the whole set up is bizarre to me very impersonal your standing there for 20minutes while making an account transfering money etc while the other customer next to you and standing in line can hear and see everything going on vice versa. Sit me at a desk, just felt uncomfortable

So far, my experiences with Fidelity are horrible. I am trying to reach the local investment center in Shrewsbury, but the phone number listed goes to the main Fidelity call center. Hung up after waiting over 30 minutes on hold, listening to their irritating hold music. What's the point of having local investment centers if there is no way to CALL a local investment center.
