As a community member, it is disappointing that Fairway Investments persistently avoids public comment about Brookwood Village in various media reports, including the most recent one by WVTM13. They might be owners of a private property, but as Fairway stated in its 2021 announcement of the mall's purchase, it serves a community. To allow the mall to sit vacant and visually decline over 3 years is not serving the community. Instead, Fairway should be engaged and active in providing public updates in how it will redevelop the space, in Fairway's words, "into something more appropriate and representative of the communities it serves."

Taken 4+ months for new washer and dryer. It is still not installed & sitting in the hallway outside my door for the last week. Took $15 off one month of rent it costs me $20/week to go to laundry mat & extremely difficult because I am disabled.
