I loved living at Fairfield Place. The management was very responsive to any need that I had, and you can tell they care. I loved the open feeling of the complex and my neighbors were incredibly friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed the use of the pool. It was never crowded and always well maintained. The apartment had many updates. The location was perfect since it was so close to Hwy 64 and all the shopping and restaurants in O'Fallon and Fairview Heights. It was a great place to call "home".

Fairfield Place offers a great value for the amenities and sq footage you get. I loved living here because the location was close to shopping and dining plus the pool was a wonderful perk in the summer. We were able to fit a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room in addition to providing some extra storage. Having a manager on site was helpful as well, but I am happy to say we never had any problems or complaints to bring to her attention. Overall, I think it is a great deal for a spacious apartment in an ideal location.

I loved living at Fairfield Place Apartments. The complex is very well maintained and cared for. The management staff is extremely helpful and attentive to the smallest requests. The pool is a great way to spend a relaxing Friday afternoon, and the second floor units with the vaulted ceilings really feel spacious. This complex is centrally located to downtown O'Fallon, Fairview Heights and Belleville. I would Fairfield Place to anyone!

Great place to live! After 2 years of living here there has been nothing but positives. Quiet, well maintained and wonderful neighbors. Property manager Cindy is the sweetest and is on top of everything. Never a wait for any requested repairs and apartments are spacious and easily accessible.

My mom is awaiting to get approved for an apartment at Fairfield ..great area, the right size for her and the apartment is minutes away from my home. This apartment is one of the best we saw so far in the O' Fallon area...
