During our stay over Thanksgiving, Adriana, at the front desk, went way out of her way to help us. Recognizing that we had our adult daughters with us, one of whom is handicapped, the room we had booked was too small and she took initiative to find a more accommodating room, even after we had already entered the first room. It made all the difference during our stay! Adriana was also exceptionally kind to our developmentally disabled daughter, talked to her directly, and made her feel very welcome.
Additionally, I'd add that Sandra, at the breakfast area, was extremely attentive. Not only did she keep everything stocked, fresh, and neat, but she was very fastidious to clean up behind an unsupervised child on Thanksgiving day morning who was touching everything at the breakfast area while his parents ignored him screaming and raiding the area. I know that my family and others were reassured seeing Sandra keeping everything safe and sanitized in near real time.
The room was great, very reasonably priced, and we had a wonderful stay. We have family in Tulare and will return again to visit and when we do, we'll stay here.

Room stink, like someone or animal vomits there. The room was clean and comfortable price was reasonable. Check in was smooth but unfortunately the room stink. I could have go down and ask for a different room but it was late at night not sure if same smell, just want to sleep.

Totally loved this place. It was clean smelled clean. I slept so comfortably after a long emotional day. If I'm back in town and need a place, this will be it! Front desk staff needs better customer service training. Overall it was great!! I'll be back!!

I've been to Tulare many times, and accidently booked the wrong hotel. There's other Marriott properties in Tulare and I messed up. Ive had nothing but good experiences at the OTHER properties. My main problem with this property is the LOUD NOISE from the freeway all night. These are single pane windows apparently. I'm sitting here in the dark right now, can't sleep due to the screaming trucks on the highway. with ear plugs and it is loud still. The hotel is in a good lcation, and the staff was friendly, and its clean. But the noise is deafening. In reading the reviews some said to ask for rooms not facing the highway. I will do that tomorrow. I have one more night here. So will update or add another review about the change. I can't believe more people don't have issue with the sound, but it is no joke, the loudest thing. Be warned.

We stayed here for one night on 9/3/2024. The whole stay was smooth. We walked over to Habit Burger and got takeout for dinner and it was good. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to maneuver. You can see that we had a terrible view out the window, but I used points for the stay, so I'm assuming that's a factor. 🙂

Best place in town hands down. Rebecca has been taking care of my room all week. It is so nice to come back from a busy day of work to clean and tidy room. All my needs are met.
Yovan greets me at the door every time I come in. I love this place.

Really nice rooms with tall ceilings and comfortable and clean beds. Staff was nice and breakfast was also fresh and complimentary. We stayed here on the way to the Sequoia National Park. The only thing I would say that wasn’t a positive was that there is a lot of farmland nearby so there’s the smell of manure in the air when you’re in the parking lot. You can’t smell it at all when inside the hotel though.
