Owner of property Eric was very professional and kind. He resolved security deposit issue and has agreed to pay me the full balance of $1575 today 8/17/23. He has apologized for any misunderstanding of Extra Property Management’s Manager and has assured there will be no further issues. He expressed gratitude for me and my husband being one of his best tenants always on time with rent, all water bills paid and property left well. Thank you Eric and Extra Properties.
