I bought my current house and sold the previous one using Eddy Harris at Expert Realty. Very good, professional work by them. On the sale they put up a sign showing my house was coming soon. On the sale start date I had 2 full price offers. Eddy handled everything. What an easy transaction for me. On the repurchase, Eddy knew the area that I wanted to buy in. He actually found me the perfect house that had not even posted a for sale sign yet. The house was presented as a for sale by owner. That didn't matter to Eddy. He still arranged a showing and prepared the offer contract for me and did all the things a listing agent would do associated with a buyer client. In fact he even stayed on top of things with the seller to make sure things he was contractually obligated to do were handled properly. Great job by Eddy and his staff at Expert Realty.

I requested to view a house and finally got a response and confirmation of the time. I showed up at the address, waited nearly 30 minutes for Tish to show me the house. I eventually called her and she didn't answer. Moments later I received a call back saying that they had listed it that morning. She had no intention of even showing up, nor telling me of this. My roommate and I rearranged our schedules for the day for no reason, wasted our time waiting on her, and received terrible customer service from the company when calling. Would not waste your time with this company.

These people are JOKES..APPLIED FOR A HOUSE LAST WEEK, AND AFTER CONSTANTLY CALLING WITH LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LIES OF PROCESSING THE APPLICATION, I FINALLY GET TOLD SOMEONE ELSE APPLIED BEFORE ME BUY TISH HAD ME TO APPLY HAHA. ENTIRE COMPANY SEEMS FRAUD TO ME..LIKE WHY HAVE SOMEONE TO APPLY AND WEELS LATER, SOMEONE ELSE APPLIED BEFORE ME, MEANING IT TAKES THESE PPL 3 WEELS TO PROCESS A APPLICATION.. SUSPICIOUS CONSIDERING ALL THE IDENTITY THEFT THATS going AROUND..WAS TOLD BECAUSE THEYRE A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, IM RECEIVING MY REFUND BACK WHICH I DONT BELIEVE BUT IT WILL BE DISPUTED CAUSE MY APP WASNT EVEN PROCESSED.. TO ANYONE LOOKING TO MOVE, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CAUSE DEPENDING ON THEM IS LIKE WAITING FOR IT TO RAIN....USELESS!
