Richard is extremely knowledgble, responsive and professional. He knows the Long Beach real estate market inside out and has provided me with excellent advice and outstanding service on several complicated real estate transactions.

Richard can make referrals to highly competent and reasonably priced contractors to make repairs needed to prep a property for sale. He will not waste your money.
