I had a horrible experience buying my home with the Exit North team last year. My agent and broker were not supportive of me after I received a bad inspection. They took the sellers’ side and threatened to sue me. They were not helpful to someone like me, who is a single woman buying a lower-priced home. I would recommend having a lawyer look at any contracts before you sign them.

Kynan Donovan was an incredible agent. He helped me back in June to buy my house.
