Exit Realty is terrible! Zero stars. My realtor was Judith Hill- Taipina. The experience during the sale of my home was horrible, communication from Judith was almost nonexistent. It has been 3 months and they owe me closing fees and still have not reimbursed me. THREE MONTHS!! The broker , Robert Shirvanian has still never responded to the emails sent. The most unprofessional group i have ever worked with. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Allie Colella is OUTSTANDING! Professional, personable, knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, on top of every detail from start to finish, just perfect! She is a true advocate for her clients, and always went beyond what she had to do to make the process easier for us. Our selling process started when we were out of state and she took care of things like hiring a cleaning service and staying in the house when it was being cleaned, in order to expedite the process, rather than waiting for us to get to the house to start with such tasks. She focused on what needed to get done and initiated contacts with those that could do it. If we could give her ten stars instead of five, we would!
