We worked with Kent on a purchase, we wont be doing that twice. Very much absent from process. Mislead us on repairs and just not very much present even though we were very generous in letting him represent us as the buyers.

We have purchased homes before, usually with a real estate agent of our own. This time I felt like letting the listing agent have the sale as well. I was hoping to be treated like a good client, having added $6000 to his pocket book.

Not even a thank you card or a bottle of cheap wine. This guy is a joke. Doesn't respect generosity.

We closed on May 8th 2019. I stated my disdain for the multiple bumps along the road. I was expecting a welcome to your new home gift, a card, a basket, anything that represented his appreciation for the sale. Its June 3rd 2019, the man didnt even bother sending us a thank you card. I gave him almost a month to get his foot out of his mouth.

I dont think that is very nice. House we bought was on the market for over 7 months! We definitely should have gotten a little love for getting this thing moved! A champagne bottle or something that showed that this was a good thing that has occured.

I dont think it's nice to be so cheap and absent from a deal. A sure thing should be respected. Shame on you Kent. Should have spent a $20 and made us feel like something positive was accomplished.
