I was completely lost trying to help my mom, who has dementia, get a family member out of her house who was taking advantage of her. I was actually in court attempting to get an emergency kick out order when I witnessed Terri represent an elderly gentleman with similar circumstances. I was so impressed with her knowledge, patience, and skill that I sent my husband to go get her business card. What a great decision that was! Terri has guided and helped me and my mom through a very complex and grueling process I would never have know how to navigate. I am truly greatfull for all her help and continued assistance throughout the entire process.

The attorney lied in court. Stated I was served. They knew what I looked like. They served a Hispanic lady, in her 50’s that lived in a old townhouse. And she did not use my real name. I do not blame the client. Everyone told me she hated me. I cannot believe they would lie to the courts I was served!

Spoke with office manager. She told me everyone tries to tell their story. I was not. She limited me to her questions. I was not able to tell her the insurance company was ready to settle. She said someone would be in contact within 24 hours. It is now 12/17/2017 with no contact whether they could help me or no. I would not recommend this company. If you can't help someone a simple phone call of a yes or no would have been sufficient if they couldn't help me. I would never contact this firm for any help. As you can see they have 2 reviews. I should have known better.

A. Ross was the opposing attorney and his client perjured extensively. If he advised her to lie, it is not clear, but the evidence overwhelmingly was clear that she was lying. And it is probable that A. Ross knew his client was lying extensively, to the point that the judge mentioned there could be slander charges. Perjury is a felony. For a lawyer to put his client at risk of felony charges is not good legal practice. And, they lost.

Got served a 60 day eviction notice at no fault to the tenant meaning the landlord is at fault says in the notice that all contact to landlord has to go through Andre M. Ross (a lawyer at this law office) however after trying to reach him for just about two week to discuss that we didn’t revive the notice on the date it says we did along with the fact that by California law the landlord is required to pay for all of my moving fees (I even tried calling at 8:30 when they open and apparently the lawyer “had just gone to court”) and despite getting all of my previous messages they can’t bother to return my call

Also being that I’m pregnant and been trying to avoid unnecessary stress I can honestly say this law office along with Mr. Ross have done nothing but add stress to an already stressful situation all because my landlord refuses to fix the bathroom in my apartment that is rotten and moldy

Spoke with the office manager and she was rude and simply said "NO ONE TALKS TO AN ATTORNEY UNTIL THEY ARE VETTED TO HAVE NO CONFLICTS. The next few offices I spoke with helped me without these issues. Horrible service.
