We rented a house from Evernest 6 weeks ago. Great communication during the rental and move-in process. In a span of 3 weeks maintenance has had to come out 4 times. Jason is very helpful. The problem now is that over 2 weeks ago one of the toilets flooded. A plumber said it needs to be replaced. Multiple calls to Evernest and we are given no updates on when it will be fixed. There are 4 people in this house using a toilet in one of the bedrooms. No communication from Evernest. The maintenance requests have been deleted.

Someone reached out to me through text message and email letting me know about the property and what is required. I was able to do a self tour of the home. So far they have been really helpful! I would recommend their services.

Unable to get in contact with anyone, they are always “in a meeting” and never call back I’ve been waiting on a call back for over two weeks. I worked with Nohemi who is great the rest of the team has been subpar. They have good houses and respond to maintenance pretty quickly unfortunately their communication is horrible.

Horrible. You are literally a number and any issues will never be handled or taken seriously. Zero communication. Zero. Terri Alexander only changed her approach after escalating issues all the way up to Dijana Panic some regional manager. They still fell short. Then Dijana acted like she was sorry and made false promises about calling me back and handling things. Then disappeared. Another unresolved, false promise, no communication situation. They just don't care about their customers. They offer the cheapest rates but it'll be the biggest mistake, but go find out.

I have been looking for a house. It is very difficult.. it's seems like it should be easy enough. It's not unless you can meet the right people.i have got the pleasure of get to meet TJ Okporokpo. in my quest TJ has been most helpful in answering all my questions. TJ has also been very patient and understanding. I definitely look forward to continuing to work with them.
