This review is purely for the evergreen good things only as noone talks about it.. The society has few benefits which is like the safe surroundings nearby essential stores . Management issues everyone aware of but there is one person who is extremely helpful in each situation has been the supervisor JUNIOR.. he is a wonderful person and has helped us in small small to bigger issues of the apartment. Whether it’s the door, rats, appliances or anything.. he is a kind and professional person..

Worst apartment in Edison NJ. Last month ceiling was collapsed in one of the apartment and because of that 300 families thrown out of the building for three days to do complete inspections by county. It’s almost 2 months now still work is not completed properly. Done only patch work and left as it is. Kindly think twice before move here.

Management does not care if their tenants are safe or comfortable as long as they collect their rent. What is the point of rules in the lease if they are not enforced? Place is falling apart

This has been the worst experience in an apartment. The leasing office has no communication with their tenants. We had a mandated evacuation August 2024 because ceilings were caving in. We were removed from our homes because of the lack of maintenance this complex provided to ensure safety standards were up to code. Our ceilings were “fixed” and are somehow worse than they were. I have contacted the leasing office via email and mail letters and no response has been received.
I was left with screws and debris all over my home. Post ceiling “repairs” I now have a warped bedroom ceiling and a drywall panel that is creating a large crack and is beginning to weigh down. I have multiple holes and cracks in my bathroom ceiling as well that has never been there prior to their workers “repairs.” And efforts for space and paint still have not occurred for many apartments including my own for over 2 months. Do not live here.

We scheduled an appointment to view 1Bed and 2 Bed apartments on Saturday. Due to COVID, we knew that people would like to take care and in other communities one person came to show us apartments and kept 6 ft distance wore masks. In this community, the person was extremely rude, didn't want to respond to our questions, just gave us the key of the apartment. We were okay with that too. But the apartment number on the key was completely wrong. We came up with 2 3 different probabilities and tried those buildings numbers to open the front door. The key didn't work. We ended up seeing nothing, gave the key to the person and told everything and there was no response again. We left the community without seeing any apartment. Today they send us an application form expecting to fill it out!!

This is the worst community no proper maintenance and leasing office team don’t respond to you, they will say will “will talk to super” and no action they will take.
You will loose hopes from maintenance perspective I have posted issue when I joined it’s been more than 10 months they did not fixed yet.
Home centipede are another big issue they don’t put any pesticide or fix that is all time issue.
Everyone whoever planning to join this community just think twice. Couple pics for reference.
Recently we had an roof issue all suddenly got fallen and all these day everyone had and maintenance team did not fixed and they tried to suppress the issue in community but time will speak had an BIG issue and that issue went until news, Mayor came and supported tenants.
But as all you know issue couple days for news team but the responsibility is with leasing office to put a permanent fix.

Worst ever community to live in....
Reasons not live:
Management: Absolute zero Management, they doesn't care about you at all, just look for their money.
Maintenance: Never on time, and if somethings break or comes apart, then they will take action, so remember, they are not going to do renovations at all.
Roads in the community: Never did the new one just patching up small parts.
Cleanliness: worst.
Leasing office: Don't give you proper answers they just give you one answer. If anything breaks , call your renters insurance.
They are not at all cooperative in any sense
This are the pictures of my ceiling that collapsed in few months back, they didn't gave me any compensation nor any hotels to live in, and the insurance company they don't cover this they said it's because of the old roof.
And now, in the present month, almost 280 units were evacuated out of their building because the township declared the community buildings as inhabitable to live in. And this was in the news as well for 4 days we were out of our own apartment
