My husband and I recently moved to Grand Junction from IN. We didn't know any Realtors in this area and were feeling a little overwhelmed. Upon my research I came across Eve's website and was VERY impressed with it alone. When we finally got to meet Eve in person, she was true to her website. We felt so comfortable working with her highly professional, tireless, yet friendly disposition and stellar knowledge of the entire GJ area. Eve Roberts is an excellent and polished realtor. Not only does she know the industry like the back of her, she also knows Grand Junction and Mesa County very well, having been born and raised here.
Eve began looking for homes for me before I even moved to Grand Junction. She would make videos of the homes with full descriptions and send them to me. She made herself available for all the showings I was interested in and educated me with the home buying process as well as providing me with advise on developing offers on prospective homes. Because my printer was in storage, Eve printed out all my important documents and put them all together in a binder for my record keeping. Eve is amazing and I am grateful for all she did for me! Eve Roberts is a realtor like no other I have ever known - & I am 64 with a family ( 3 generations) in real estate sales, development and rentals. She is a listener, cares about you, is not pushy and is a woman of integrity. She used a great professional photographer with the pics displayed on her beautiful web site to show my house.. She provided a calendar of easy steps to make sure all necessary docs, signatures and dates were done and electronically supplied where possible. She is a true professional and you will not be disappointed !!

I wish I could give her 10 stars!!! Eve Roberts made the whole process of selling our property a great experience! She is so thorough and professional and had everything done in such a timely manner that I could be as stress free as possible!!! She was very patient with my many questions and I appreciated her advice! She also had a professional photographer who did a great job with pictures and a video tour! We had multiple offers in 4 days! I highly recommend this fine young lady!
