‼️Warning‼️ Do not rent with this company.My mailbox as well as others haven't been fixed in years.The lobby is always dirty and the box next to the door doesn’t work either.There's always package theft here in this building and upper management refuses to do anything. A lot of tenants have offered to buy a camera to monitor the lobby due to the missing items since upper management refuses to do anything.One tenant told me they brought a camera for the package theft problem and the camera was stolen.Overall I would strongly suggest renting with another company.Below are photos of the building lobby that obviously shows the broken mailboxes as well as handwritten signs from tenants showing their frustration due to constant missing items.

I moved out of this apartment end of January 2025 and since then I haven’t gotten my SD, they shipped my SD and it’s took about 2 months and still didn’t get delivered, it’s was sent back to their office and since then they don’t want to give me my Security Deposit. They keep telling me their team is working on it but I don’t understand what work Dey are still doing. Just get my SD ready so i can come pick it up.

Currently Renting with Estate Reality & man its not worth it. Im paying close to $1,500 for a 1bedroom that has nothing renovated about it but a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. NOT EVEN FLOORING BTW God forbid you spill something you'll be dealing with a pond in your apartment. Let me not get started on the amount of mice this building has is UNBELIEVABLE. & UNHEALTHILY. Ive never had roaches before now I do & even a scare with bedbugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE. From horrible neighbors to mice and used appliances and no heat. Been living where Im
at for the past year and some change and I wish I never moved in. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. DO NOT RENT WITH ESTATE REALITY.

If I could give it zero stars I would but please doo not lease an apartment with this management company they randomly took over 235 s Harrison street in November 2024 and have yet to fix the apartment its super nasty with mice everywhere in the building I had mice issues since I move into budiling Jan 1 2024 and it has not been address or fixed the supper here is really nice and respectful but the building is so unkept. The owner also is soooo greedy and will take u to court in two seconds without a care in the world but refused to fix the main issues in the building always issues with heat and hot water just terrible conditions please stay away they Dont care about anyone just greedy and money hungry I'm so happy to be leaving this place is a real dump so sad we have ppl who take advantage of other people please stay away there are way better options then this management company especially 235 S Harrison street Dont rent from these ppl at all. Again they will make it seem like they doing there job the conditions are awful they will make up lies saying that they making improvements there not the building is disgusting the mice are everywhere garbage all over the building they need to shut down this building immediately the owner is very greedy please once again anyone who reads this don't rent from this place or any property from 235 s Harrison or any estate reality property they will lie and said they made improvements but I can assure you their lying and corrupt

I wanted to get an Apt for my 21 year old son who is disabled. I was dealing with a guy (Izzy) who linked me to this agency. So the guy I’m dealing with calls me out of nowhere telling me the day of that this agency wanted to do an interview for an Apt. I tell the guy that my son is in school on a trip and that I’m not able to get to him and won’t be able to do the interview until the following day. His Response was “Well I don’t know what to tell you.” Pretty much insinuating that if I didn’t get it done that day then the deal would be off the table. I really wanted the Apt for my Son and so I went out to agency to represent him. When I got there and told the guy that it was for my son who wasn’t present, he looked at me Weird like I was lying or trying to do something criminal. He took down the Info I gave him and he dismissed me telling me that the guy Izzy would call me and “let me know”. He didn’t even ask me if I could return with my son the following day. He just assumed that I was trying to run a scam or something because of the color of my skin. Had I been Jewish like him, I highly doubt he would’ve given me that same energy. So long story short I was THIS close to getting an Apt for My Disabled son but I lost it due to the Incompetence of The guy who linked me to this agency and due to prejudice of the guy who runs this agency and who didn’t even give me an opportunity to correct what Was obviously a huge misunderstanding. 1 Star rating! 👎🏾
