I lived at Palm Court for 9 years. The management went through a lot of turnover but was basically helpful. When I moved out recently I was hit with an $838.00 bill that included duplicate utility fees from a previous month, a pro rated days rent and parking for the last day of my lease, charges for painting normal wear and tear that they lease waived after 6 years and Calif law forbids, a claim for damages repaired when the unit was both clean and in good shape. And a threat to 'damage' my credit if I didn't pay in full. This is the worst example of greedy landlords I have experienced.

Thanksgiving is on Thursday and I cannot have my family over as I had to cancel my kids and grandchildren for a thanksgiving lunch/dinner. This will be day 15 sleeping on the couch 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙍 at this luxurious fair view apartments, before they changed it to Essex property LLC 🤷‍♂️😷. So for 4400 dollars a month you get to sleep on the floor / 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙘𝙝 your 14 year old son sleep in his room with door closed as he cannot smell the disinfectant ,
