DYK? This is the home of Danny LaRusso, The Karate Kid 1 & 2? That's right! This is the apartment building LaRusso moved in to with his mom from Minnesota, (Is it?) and met back then landlord Paul Morita (Mr. Miyagi). Danny LaRusso. now back with his karati on the new Cobra Kai series on YouTube Red. If you haven't seen them all grown up, you'll be shocked, same actors.

South Seas is the name of the building. Built sometime in the 80s I believe. Same style, same logo.
