My name is Daniel. I am a disabled tenant and a veteran. I reside in a live/work loft. I chose the loft location to start a non-profit for veterans that teaches STEAM skills through a collaborative Maker Space (dandLyons Lab). It is a work in progress.

Esquire managed the live/work loft property I live at (but unfortunately no longer does.) The tenants here really miss the folks from Esquire. Everyone at their office was very professional & responsive. I was always treated fairly. Monica, Laura, and Natasha were very accommodating when it came to my situation.
Despite not being currently a tenant of a property Esquire manages, they still responded immediately and completely with information I need to deal with a landlord issue. I am so very grateful for that.

After searching for a new place for six months and many rejections, we were starting to feel out of the rental market in Ventura. We had only two weeks to get out of the house we were living in was being sold. I got a phone call from Esquire that they had a place for us to look at. Two weeks later, we are moving into our new perfect spot! Thank you to the entire staff for a job well-done! I have already recommended Esquire to two other people! Thank you again! Jeff & Linda

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I have had working with Tracy and Esquire Property Management. This group is an A+++ Top notch team of professionals! Timely, knowledgeable, resourceful, hard-working and absolutely committed to ensuring all of our needs are met. It is rare these days to find a team that works so tirelessly and with such a warm and positive energy from start to finish. Tracy's follow up and follow through is beyond what one typcially encounters and I am so thankful to know that I can count on her and her team for all of my real estate needs. Thank you Esquire! And a special thank you to Tracy Guillen!

Hello. I've used Esquire Property Management for over ten years as a landlord for two properties in Southern California. It is extremely important to me that when a tenant has an issue, it be handled immediately. I've used other companies and found them to be rather useless. At Esquire, things get fixed promptly. And because of their larger size, they can negotiate better prices for the landlords. At year end, I receive a nicely laid out document that I can kick to my accountant, making tax season a breeze. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

These people are nice people but truly incompetent at their jobs. There are many examples but my favorite is when I called them last April to let them know the sprinklers weren't working. They said they would get right on it. But nothing happened so when the lawn started to turn brown in May I called and emailed them. Again, nothing happened. In June, when the lawn was getting pretty shabby looking I got a threatening letter from them in the mail, saying it was my job to maintain the lawn and I wasn't living up to my renter's agreement and they were going to hire a gardener and charge me for it... I told them I had done my job, reporting the broken sprinklers several times and they continued to act like I had done something wrong. So that was annoying but I didn't start to get totally turned off by this company until it happened again in November. They didn't fix the sprinklers properly and I got a notice from the city that said our sprinklers were leaking and using too much water. I immediately sent this notice to them. TWO MONTHS later they called and very rudely threatened me again saying they had received a notice from the city saying I was using too much water. I said, "Um, I know, I received that notice and sent it to you." Incompetent management of renter property is usual (taking forever to fix anything) so that is not why I give them a bad review, I give them a bad review for not being aware that they are incompetent and then being so rude to me about it!

11:43 one of your drivers a male heading in to my complex at the light house passed a red light while my right away was green... he completely passed the light... he was driving a Mini Cooper.. if you guys like hiring people who drive around your cars with the logo around passing red lights I would be concerned. I’m not leaving 1 Star cause I’m sure your service is great I’ll leave a 4, just wanted this to be brought up. This is a huge liability it can cause a accident kill someone.
