Actually did wonders, I had NEVER Sold a House on the Market before, all these CASH offers pouring in by mail and TV commercials ETC seems complicated, (all those so-called CASH offers we're a scam to get my house half price)

Our experience with Ernesto was extremely disappointing. He was unresponsive, lacking in communication, and showed no effort at all. He wrote offers wrong not once or twice but three times. As a first-time home buyer, you need that communication to be strong because you're new to all of this. With Ernesto expect screenshots when your approved or denied for a house because he has no time to call you, let alone answer your calls when you have questions. You literally need to be the one to try to establish communication with him because he shows no effort.

I would never recommend Ernesto ever again!.The only reason i ever recommended my sister to him was because we started looking for homes at the same time, either way it was a bad experience for both of us and i truely REGRET recommendidng ernesto to her ,his misguidence has made her experience horrible as well. His lack of responsiveness and knowledge made the entire experience incredibly frustrating! Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing experience.
