Erika Doyle is an excellent Realtor. She is always available to answer any questions on how to sell or buy your next home. Erika put our house on the market on the date we requested, she had pictures and a drone photos of the area to help sell the house. She also placed our home in the Real Estate magazine to add to exposer in assisting on selling our home. We have used Erika with buying and selling a few homes over the last 25 years. Erika has done a great job of advertising our homes because our homes have gone under contract within a few days of being on the market. Then the checklist to sell our home is exactly as Erika explained to us, it is easy to follow along with what will happen on each date deadline.
Erika has come to the house prior to placing the house on the market to give recommendation on how to present our homes for a smooth and quick sell. Our last house we sold Erika was able to work with us and other Realtors for the showings because we worked during the day and have animals to work around for the showing. Erika was fantastic on communicating this to other Realtors and we were able to have several showing around our work schedule and the animals.
