There are not enough great things to say about Erick. His eagerness to listen to detail and attentiveness to answer questions/concerns is what drives his success. He was confident that we would love a certain home he had in mind based off things we shared with him, we are now first time homeowners of that house which fits our growing family perfectly. Erick did a great job for us. He was always willing to show us houses on our timeline. He remained positive when we were getting discouraged. I just wanted to say thank you to Erick for keeping his word and finding our home. I appreciate the endless amount of houses we saw, whether the home came with creatures or the homes did not look like the pictures. I couldn’t wait to close this whole deal and finally surprise the kids with our new home. Erick was very patient from the beginning and showed us endless houses and always kept in touch when new homes were on the market.
