Was going to split a spot with a friend who already lived there and my girlfriend. I showed that I had ample income and bank account balance to pay rent for many months to come and Mary told the other housemate currently living there that I didnt meet the qualifications. She also informed me that the other friend we were going to move in with hadn't paid anything in past 3 months even though she just paid last moths rent, which Mary later admitted to. The agent Mary was supposed to talk to the owners of the building and get back to us to see wether or not the owners were interested in having us and letting other current tenant pay off their remaining debt to the owners since they now have stable work. Upon further investigation there was no communication with the owners of the building and the current tenant. She made it sound like there was a current eviction in process that may or may not exist. Lies to both parties involved in renting a spot without speaking to the actual owners of the building were easy to detect.

I used to live on an ERI property and they were always timely and responsive, as well as thoughtful. I’ve been a graduate for a few years now and I accidentally shipped a package to my old apartment. Mary helped me out super promptly and it was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work ladies!

People working there are very friendly and responsive. For the year that I was a tenant, the company has impressed me with their swift response to our inquiries and their efficiency in dealing with home repairs and other household matters. As a student living in Berkeley for three years at three different places, ERI company is the only one that I would truly recommend to anyone trying to find a home there.
