Thankful for Era Polly! I've known Era since we were kids but I moved out of the area decades ago. Absolutely Excellent Real Estate Agent! Jim and I have dealt with many realtors over the years - both as buyers and sellers. When we decided to move near my family in Santa Maria, my sister recommended Era as our realtor. She said that we would not be disappointed --- and was she ever right! From the first time I spoke to Era, and she set us up with the MLS portal to view homes, she was supportive and responsive to our texts and calls. We drove out there from Phoenix, AZ for a long Thanksgiving week. Era made herself available and took us to view quite a number of homes. We made an offer and went home, they countered, and we accepted the counter. Docusign is great! Era worked with the seller and his agent to get an inspection item repaired and actively answered all of our lender's questions. In addition to keeping us updated, Era kept my sister and brother-in-law updated. She sent us pictures of the house at the final walk through and also after the seller moved out, as we had given the seller a couple of extra days. She was on our side and helped to keep us protected at all times. She was very, very knowledgeable about the area, as she has lived there for many years. I can't rave about Era enough!

Best possible outcome for a bittersweet new stage in life. It was necessary for us to sell the home my brother and I grew up in and that our parents bought shortly after they were married a little over 60 years ago. Highly skilled broker. We highly recommend Era Polly. She is warm, caring, down to earth and highly professional in her skill and knowledge, recommended to us by another broker when the area we originally searched proved to be incompatible with our budget. She knows her region and neighborhoods, builders, contractors and so on. She was patient and didn’t pressure us into any decisions we weren’t comfortable making. She had to work some long late hours getting our offer in with pressure from other potential buyers, and helped us create a strong bid which was accepted. She recommended a financial consultant who also worked with our tight timeline. As the home required upgrades, she provided us with excellent local contractors references whom we used- they were all great. This is the extra support we needed and deeply appreciated. She also follows up with us to see how we’re doing with renovations and settling in.
