Complete trash company, I lived at an apartment ran by this joke of a group for 7 yrs, and they didn't allow be to continue my lease considering I was on the old lease so my rent was 990$ for a 3 bd 1.5 bath. When I called to ask for the reason, this chicken said they had the right not to tell me! Low and behold the second I look online what do I see? But my apartment for 300$ more than what I was pay!! All this company is here for is cheating the system to find a pay day not to mention you can't even have a kids day party at the place that you pay rent for. The Equity Group is nothing but a sad joke.
